Return terms and conditions



To get your money back in full you can only in case when the event you purchased was cancelled, replaced or postponed.  


  • All payments made through QIWI system will be reimbursed by transferring them back to your QIWI Wallet (Phone), that you provided at the time of purchase. 



When tickets are purchased with your banking card, the following procedure is used for reimbursement:

  • Your purchase will be credited back to the card you used for your purchase.
  • It will take from 2 to 14 business days to make a full return, depending on the terms and conditions of your bank.
  • To buy a new ticket you have to make a new purchase with your banking card.

   If you purchased a ticket to the event that never took place, let us know and we will fully reimburse you!
